Bismarck, ND

LONDELL NISSEN - BISMARCK, ND CHAPTER

Londell grew up 9 miles from Lake Sakakawea in Parshall, ND. His passions include fishing, hunting, and any outdoor activities. After graduating from high school, he moved to Bismarck, ND where he is minutes from the Missouri River. Even though he is close to the Missouri River, Lake Sakakawea is his favorite place to fish. He has been in the insurance industry going on nine years. He is married to his wife Lori for 22 years. She is a RN with Good Samaritan Home Care Society. She also has a passion for fishing, gardening, and spending time with her family. Londell & Lori have two children. Allison is a sophomore in college studying to be a nurse like her mother. Allison loves fishing, hunting, and helping others. Brenden is a sophomore in high school and loves hunting, fishing, and has his own lawn care business. My wife and I wanted to start a foundation like this and we were doing research when we found “Catch Your Moment.” It was like a God send because “Catch Your Moment” matched exactly what we wanted to do. After many emails and messages with Timmon, we will be starting a chapter in Bismarck, ND. Our mission was inspired by our neighbor’s father, Duane, who had brain cancer and just recently passed away. Duane wanted to fish Lake Sakakawea before he passed so we agreed to take him fishing. Duane, his son-in-law, my daughter, my son, and I went out fishing that day. To say the least it was an amazing day, catching lots of fish and laughing a lot. I have never seen a guy as happy as Duane was that day. This was truly God’s work and why we are here today to fulfill the mission of a great organization like “Catch Your Moment.”

Chris Hustad

CHRIS HUSTAD - BISMARCK, ND CHAPTER

Chris Hustad grew up in Fargo, ND, and fished many Minnesota Lakes growing up. Chris moved his family to Bismarck, ND in 2004 and shifted focus on local area North Dakota lakes since.

It’s here in North Dakota, that Chris truly discovered his passion for tournament fishing. Learning the local lakes and competing with solid local anglers has created an endless pursuit of finding big fish.

Chris has a long history in the online world, as the original creator of such websites as Nodak Outdoors, Duck Hunting Chat, and more. Since selling the network of sites in 2013, Chris has dedicated more time for family and friends. And with this time, he’d like to dedicate himself to the Catch Your Moment Foundation to help out in any way possible.

Chris already enjoys taking people fishing on a regular basis, so an opportunity to help others in need with angling seemed like a natural fit.

“I feel I can help the Catch Your Moment Foundation, and I will take anyone who’s willing on a fish-filled adventure on virtually any North Dakota lake of choosing. I spend a lot of time based out of Dakota Waters on Lake Sakakawea and with that lake being so healthy right now, it provides opportunities to catch countless numbers of fish as well.”

Chris resides in north Bismarck with his wife Lisa and 3 kids (plus 2 dogs and 5 cats). He operates Flyway Media, a web design and marketing firm, out of his home when not on the water. Chris is very reachable and feel free to reach out to him through FlywayMedia.com.

Saginaw, MI

JAKE TROMBLEY - SAGINAW, MI

I began my fishing career after my college hockey days ended. I wanted to stay competitive in something and help keep my sanity in medical school. My uncle fished the PWT and thought walleye fishing might be pretty fun so I ran at it full force and never looked back. I fish my team events with Peter Schaefer and when we travel on the National Walleye Tour we work together. My favorite method is trolling crank baits over big water. Currently a family medicine physician in Gladwin, MI.

PETER SCHAEFER - SAGINAW, MI

Peter Schaefer grew up in Michigan fishing stream trout and bluegills and at a young age he developed a great passion for fishing. Peter works as an Account Manager for American Maintenance and Cleaning Service covering 18 Michigan counties. He has volunteered as a board member for the Saginaw Bay Walleye Club the last 6 years. “When I am not fishing, I am either working, spending time with my family, or in my tree stand. Alexandria, MN

TIM JUBA - ALEXANDRIA, MN

You may classify Tim as a walleye fishing fanatic, but the truth is he loves chasing all species of fish. As personal and professional life has taken him to multiple areas of Minnesota, he has learned how to find fish on several bodies of water including the Mississippi River, St. Croix River, St. Louis River, Lake Superior, Duluth area reservoirs, Lake Vermilion, and Mille Lacs Lake. He has traveled on the National Walleye Tour as a co-angler and learned from some of the best pros in the industry. He recently moved to Alexandria with his wife Allison, where he plans to establish a guiding business in the coming years. Surrounded by hundreds of lakes, there are plenty of walleyes for him to chase around Alexandria, but he enjoys hunting down big bass and nonstop panfish bites as well.
